Vision Statement
The vision of YouthWorks Foundation is to multiply the gifts of God by using them to create or support ministries that will affect significant life change. This is done in the hope of enhancing and advancing the Kingdom-building work in the communities where God has called us to serve.

Core Purpose
The core purpose of YouthWorks Foundation is to provide strategic and impactful financial support toward building God’s Kingdom on earth.

Core Values
These are the essentials we stand for:

Christ-Centered
The focus of all support is to increase the ministry of Jesus Christ. All those who seek financial support from YouthWorks Foundation should be like-minded.

Community Based
Financial support will primarily be focused in communities where YouthWorks ministry is present. We seek to deepen relationships with those in communities with gifts that prayerfully become an added blessing.

Empowerment
Our desire is to direct financial support towards ministries that seek to empower people to become all that God intends for them to be. We will not consider giving to any ministry that fosters only the status quo.

Enterprising Ministry
We invest in and support models that can generate earned income while doing their ministry. We define enterprising ministry as ministry that occurs through the process of strategically delivering a marketable, fee-based product or service. Justice and Mercy
We seek to support ministries that are justice focused, and that offer mercy as well as help others walk humbly with God. Our work and support will be doing the work that God requires. Micah 6:8

Meaningful Impact
Our hope is that our giving will be significant to existing or brand new ministry opportunities.

Multiplication
We seek to offer up all of God’s resources in the hope that they are multiplied. When the unknown boy faithfully offered up his meager lunch of fish and bread, God miraculously multiplied it. We seek to obediently give so that God will multiply. John 6: 1-15

Stewardship
We are given, as God’s people, the wonderful responsibility of stewarding God’s resources. “To whom much is given, much is required.” We will prayerfully discern how to best use the resources God has provided in an appropriate and God-pleasing manner. Luke 12:48
