Ted Bailey
Ted Bailey lives on a 200-acre farm near Cannon Falls, MN with his wife Sylvia, his dogs and cats, and small beef herd. The farm is available as a retreat place for pastors and others in Christian service. Ted is a retired export grain broker. Sylvia and Ted have two sons, a daughter and five grandchildren. Ted serves on the local Hospital Board and is a former director of Shepherds Center for seniors. Ted’s education includes degrees in Agriculture and Business. He is a member of Christ Presbyterian Church.

Paul Bertelson
Paul Bertelson serves as the Chairman and President of YouthWorks, Inc., a nationwide youth missions organization that serves over 80 communities by facilitating short term mission trips for over 30,000 kids each year. Paul's passion for children, youth and family ministry is evident by his 20 plus years of youth and family ministry experience. His previous board member experience includes; Youth Enterprise, Urban Homeworks, SpecialWorks, and Family MissionWorks

Ed Lounsberry
Ed Lounsberry has served on the YouthWorks, Inc. Board of Directors. He and his wife, Berrie, have been members of Colonial Church of Edina since 1979. They attend Colonial Church and Christ Presbyterian Church, Upper Room regularly. Ed has served Colonial Church as a Deacon, member of the Church Council, Moderator, and on various pastoral search committees. He has three grown and married children; two boys and a daughter and four grandchildren.

John Potts
John Potts serves as the Chief Operations Officer of YouthWorks Inc., a nationwide youth missions organization that serves over 80 communities by facilitating short term mission trips for over 30,000 kids each year. John is involved in the junior high group at Eagle Brook church and has been in youth ministry over 20 plus years. He desires for people to be in love with Jesus and makes every effort to spread Jesus’ love everywhere he goes.

Jody Warden
Jody Warden has been an enthusiastic supporter of YouthWorks since its inception, first as a youth minister taking teenagers on mission trips, then as a Board Member and Foundation Trustee. She currently works for Target Corporation and loves combining her business and ministry experiences to build the Kingdom. |

Kirstie Adams

Kirstie works with the YouthWorks Foundation and YouthWorks. She is originally from Wisconsin and was an English teacher for the past four years. Kirstie lives in Maplewood and attends Church of the Open Door in Maple Grove. She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing the piano, and spending time with friends and family. She is excited about the work that YouthWorks does to help further the Kingdom.

Mark Wilkening serves as the Executive Director of YouthWorks Foundation. He has nearly 20 years of experience in non-profit programming, management and development. Mark is passionate about stewarding God’s resources for Kingdom purposes. He serves on the Twin Cities Metro Young Life Committee and is an active member of Christ Presbyterian Church. He resides in Edina, MN with his wife and four children.
