A Grant Report Form is required to be
completed and returned to the Foundation after project
completion or within twelve months of receiving the
grant – whichever comes first.
The purpose of the Grant Report Form
is for accountability - that the funds were used properly
for their intended purposes - and also so that the
Foundation can hear the stories of how lives have
been impacted for God’s Kingdom through the
grant.
