What is the process for submitting
a proposal?
After carefully reviewing our Vision
Statement/Core Purpose/Core Values and Grant-Making
Priorities, if you determine that your efforts
and our objectives are consistent, you may begin the
process by completing a Letter
of Interest Form and attaching it to a cover letter
and sending it to the YouthWorks Foundation office.

Are there deadlines for submitting
proposals?
Currently there are no deadlines. Please allow up
to six months for process completion.
Does the YouthWorks Foundation
fund nonprofit organizations only?
Yes. To be eligible for a grant from the YouthWorks
Foundation, the organization must be classified by
the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt,
nonprofit organization.

What is Enterprising Ministry?
Enterprising Ministry is a financially self-sustainable
ministry that occurs through the process of strategically
delivering a marketable product or service. Please

Can my organization receive multi-year funding?
Grants are typically given for one year. However,
grants for up to three consecutive years are occasionally
approved on an annual basis after proper reporting
and close review.
When are payments made?
Once a grant has been approved by the Board of Trustees,
the organization will receive a Grant
Acceptance Form. After this form has been completed
and returned to the Foundation Office, payment will
be mailed. Please allow up to 30 days from the time
the Grant Acceptance Form is received until payment
is received.
